From my first contact until delivery of my BMW 528i this company provided excellent professional service. They worked what was a very difficult request to move my vehicle and coordinate with a specific time frame for both pick up and delivery. The driver assigned to pick up the vehicle was a true professional and kept me informed from the moment he received the assignment until he actually delivered the vehicle. I received several quotes to move my beloved BMW and read numerous reviews about Franks. He was the most competitive as well as the most professional. We used email for contact which proved to be the most expeditious means of initiating and completing the contract.
The driver was very professional and extremely courteous and promised to take good care of my car. When the car arrived in California he was true to his word. The car was clean and looked like it came out of a car wash. My son was extremely pleased as was I. The car has been in our family for 12 years and we came to really take pride in how we took care of it and the driver respected our concerns about moving this car. He did a fantastic job and even arrived a day earlier than we had requested which which really helped us manage a delivery with little effort.
