Working with the dispatch was easier to arrange and reasonably priced. Frank was great about arranging everything and he was there to answer my questions. As far as the delivery the truck was late and the driver never really communicated with me about drop off times. They also said they were waiting for a dealer which is why they were late, but they were actually out shopping.
