We had a difficult shipment that required two boats and an SUV shipped via flat-bed truck - right over the Thanksgiving holiday... from San Diego to Clearwater Florida. We were very anxious about getting these boats and the SUV to Florida by a certain date, as they were needed for racing immediately after arrival. We knew that with our tight timeframe and being over the holiday, it would be difficult to find a truck and driver that would drive during this window of time, not to mention be reasonably priced as well. Joe Rubino promised that he could find a truck and driver who would take our vehicles and as promised, he came through. He was quick to respond every time we asked him for a status update- and never related to us that there would be a problem, or showed any kind of impatience with us, with all of our questions and worries. We will definitely contact Joe again when it comes time to ship another load. It is very assuring to know that we have a reliable, trustworthy contact who we can depend upon with our shipping needs.
