Warning: Don't ever use this transport company. I contacted them for a price to ship a car about a week out from when it would be ready to pick up, and they told me if i had it ready an hour after we first spoke they would have a two person driver team ready, and have the car to my destination 3 days later. After negotiating with the seller of the car to release it early, I was told by the seller that after 6 hours the driver never picked up the car. After being in touch with Anthony, he told me they would be there in an hour. They didn't end up picking up the car until 2 DAYS later. The next issue happened when I contacted the driver myself because despite Anthony reassuring me multiple times that he would get me an update, he never reached out to me once. The driver told me he was solo and the car would be delivered in about 10 days. 10 days when i was originally promised 3-4. The next issue was upon delivery of the car. The car had a massive crack on the windshield that was not there upon pickup. Upon reaching out to Anthony yet again, he told me he would have his claims person contact me and that i shouldn't call the carrier. Needless to say the claims person never reached out to me. I then contacted the Carrier and was told since I waited so long to contact them, they would not pay for the damage, which ended up costing me close to $2000 to fix. All in all, i recommend that you stay far away from Freedom Auto Transport at all costs.
