Freedom Auto Transport not only had the best rates of all the transport companies I queried but as it turned out the best customer service as well.

I shipped cars four times over the past four years from various places and feel I have more experience than most shipping vehicles. I used four different companies and Freedom Auto Transport was by far the best experience.

I dealt with John from day one and he was completely professional and forthcoming. I had to postpone shipment the night before scheduled pickup due to a family emergency. John took care of it all quickly so I had one less thing to worry about. When I was ready for shipment I called and he arranged for pickup in less than a week even with short notice.

I normally have to pick up my cars at the dock but I picked this one up a few minutes from my home, it was clean and warmm (and they had warm brownies and coffee for their customers as well). The front tire was low and they filled it up for me.

The whole experience was great from step one to delivery. I have already referred several potential customers to Freedom Auto Transport and will use them again.
