Finally found a real auto shipping company!

Let me start off by saying that I never leave reviews for anything I purchase, or for any services I use. However, the Freedom Auto Transport experience has been so flawless that I felt compelled to write this review.
I bought a car from San Diego and needed it transported to New Orleans. However, the paperwork had not been completed yet so I was unsure of an exact date of shipping. I put in my information onlie and got about 20 quotes. To tell you the truth, what first attracted me to their email was that the email looked very professional, and once on their site, it was very basic and straightforward. In addition, the quote I received was one of the lowest I received. I called Freedom Auto Transport and spoke to Jon. He was very nice and professional on the phone, took the time to listen to my situation, and told me he would take care of everything. I told him that I would definitely be read to ship on Thursday, however it might be earlier. He said that he would get a driver ready for pickup on Tuesday, and if I needed to push it back a day or two, it would be no problem. The conversation ended, but I still wasn't feeling very confident because of the horrific situations I have been through with auto shipping companies that will tell you everything you want to hear. Anyways, I just want to point out that at no time during the conversation was I asked for a credit card or down payment. He gave me the option of paying up front when the car gets picked up, or paying the driver in cash, and I chose the latter.
That night I got a call from the car owner and he told me he had spoken to Jon and they were in constant communication. Finally the paperwork went through on Wednesday and they arranged for the car to be picked up on Thursday. What do you know, the car was actually picked up on Thursday! A few days went by and I had received no phone calls from the driver. So I called auto transport and spoke to Joe. He quickly called the driver and got me in touch with him. The driver was also very nice and told me that he would deliver the car either Wednesday or Thursday. Again, the car was delivered on Thursday in excellent condition, and once again I was speechless.
I paid the driver in cash and the journey was smooth and over.
In conclusion, Freedom Auto Transport is the only auto shipping company I will ever use from now one. They are down to earth, professional, and honest. Its all you can ask for. I'm still kind of in shock because I started to believe that all shipping companies were thieves and liars. Its a good thing I gave Freedom Auto Transport a shot!
