Bill, the broker, was a nice guy and honest. He did seem disorganized and I had to follow up a number of times to get my truck picked up. The quote I was given was $1025 but had to pay the carrier with my truck arrival $1125. Bill had already taken out the $200 hold fee to make it a total of $1325. I had asked him about the the $1225 total but could not get him to understand the simple math. I am going to follow up on this again. It is sad the customer has to be paranoid about getting cheated whenever they move their household or have a vehicle transported.
