I’m simply surprised at how well this company conducts themselves. I moved from Florida to Chicago, and moving can be very stressful. Even if you do it right, it still takes a lot of energy. Freightcenter minimized all the work on my part. I told them where I was, what I needed shipped, and where it needed to go. I was then actually able to choose the best shipping price for what I needed from a list of several different carriers. Frankly, I didn’t have the time or knowledge to go around taking notes on which carrier was best for me. I didn’t even know I had so many options. They told me EXACTLY what to do to cut costs: how my thing should be packaged, how much the boxes should weigh, etc. From there, Freightcenter coordinated everything. I could have forgotten that I ordered freight transportation due to them being on top of all the dimensions of the freight process. They were readily available when I need them, they let me know when my freight departed, and both my furniture and boxed possessions arrived on time as planned. The timing wasn’t just impeccable, but everything I had shipped arrived safely and free of any damage. After nearly 20 years of being in business, this is what it looks like to be a master of your trade.
