Unwilling or unable to resolve "error" by their shipper

The shipping company they contracted to deliver my transmission (YRC) added 50 lbs to the actual weight of the shipment. I verified the weight in-house on a large industrial scales exactly as shipped once I received the additional invoice. Because I am unable/unwilling to move a 250lb item to an offsite location to "prove" it's weight, I am stuck with their 50% upcharge.
While the original issue is with YRC here, freightnshipping was not at all helpful in resolving it. I received one email reply and 2 phone calls went unreturned.
