My car was picked up 4 days after Freightport said it would be picked up. Once it was picked up, it was delivered in a timely manner at the upper end of the range of their estimate of when it would be delivered. The car was in good condition with no damage done. The driver of the truck was courteous, and from the actual delivery, I have no complaints.
Where they really lose points is their lack of communication and lack of accountability. My primary contact at Freightport never returned any of my phone calls, and at some point, just stopped answering his phone. The times when I did get through to talk to him, he never had any information whatsoever about where my shipment was.
