My 2008 BMW 650 was Damaged in transit . The convertible roof had to be replaced and the car was filthy. I filed a claim with Freightport which they submitted to there insurance company , but the damage was less than their $5000 deductible. I contacted them for payment and they offered me $1000 on a $4655 repair bill . I had to turn it in to my insurance and they are going to go after freightport for the money. I would advise anyone considering this company to go elseware I would not let them transport a car. I have before and after pictures for anyone to see if you would like to see them
