In October of 2019 I searched several freight forwarding quote services and picked freightquote.com as they had a slightly less expensive quote than others (around $100). Several weeks afterwards I noticed that my credit card was charged an additional $75 and that they had sent me an email saying they had forgotten to charge me for liftgate services. Firstly, I could not believe that the company can store my credit card number and charge me many weeks later without my express permission (please consider disputing such charge through your credit card company, if you faced this). Secondly, these guys are using unethical practices to bait customers away from those companies that use more legitimate business practices. Shame on you!
