I was having trouble with other broker/carriers when they took my transport info and then I wouldn't hear from them and they wouldn't answer my calls i.e. Roadrunner Transport. When I called and spoke to Jim about my needs, He jumped right on it. I was contacted by the carrier later that same day to arrange p/u the following morning. My vehicle was p/u by Mike in Columbus GA. and delivered in 3 days to Phoenix AZ. Thats 1800 miles away. The service was Top Notch and easy going. I highly recommend them as I am a Trucking company owner myself and know when the job is done to perfection.
