This was my first time transporting a vehicle. Rick was extremely helpful in explaining the process to me, helping me determine a bidding price, and keeping me informed on the status of my bid. Once a carrier picked up my bid, Rick told me exactly how the carrier would contact me and to call him if there were any issues. Once my car was picked up by the transport carrier, Rick followed up to make sure the pick up went smoothly. Additionally, he called to ensure my car was delivered without any damage or issues. I appreciate Rick taking the time to walk me through the process and communicating with me throughout the shipping of my car.
