Jamie is outstanding and makes a challenging process digestible.
She kept me informed at every turn, was patient with my questions, and she actually fought to find an ideal rate and kept me in the loop of why one situation may be more ideal than another for my schedule and budget.
What I found most pleasing is how she explained the process to me. If you are shipping a car it is not as easy as going to buy a plane ticket. It takes a lot of cross checking, follow up and an agile mind to deal with schedules fluctuating. But she did it with a lovely and welcoming disposition. I wish all companies had a Jamie.
