I SCEDULED A AUTOTRANSPORT WITH GT AUTOTRANSPORT AFTER GETTING A GOOD DEAL AND BUYING A RANGE ROVER LAND ROVER FROM A DEALORSHIP IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA. I LIVE IN TEXAS SO I ASSUMED THE BEST WAY TO GET IT BACK HOME WAS TO TRANSPORT IT. AS A RESULT AFTER SEARCHING AND GETTIN MANY QUOTES SOME UPWARD OF $1050.00, I DECIDED TO USE GT- AUTOTRANSPORT. AT FIRST IT WAS WONDERFUL THEY GAVE ME THE BEST QUOTE AFTER A DISCOUNT FOR FINDING THEM ON A REFERAL SITE AND ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN JANUARY 28TH, 2008 SINCE I SCHEDULED THE TRANSPORT ON JANUARY 24TH, 2008. SADLY THIS NEVER HAPPENED I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED THEN RESTED AND CALLED SOME MORE AND THEN LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND E-MAILS AND THEY NEVER RETURNED NOT ONE PHONE CALL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WAS INFORMED THE REASON NOBODY PICKED UP MY VEHICLE IS BECAUSE ON THE TRANSPORT DATABASE THEY WERE ONE OF THE COMPANIES PAYING DRIVERS THE LEAST SO NOBODY WANTED THE DEAL. BEWARE OF A GOOD DEAL BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY REALLY ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

We Scheduled a carrier to load Blairs vehicle last week and i advised her the carrier was going to be there on saturday or monday as long as the weather allowed it unforunately the carrier was coming down from the Washington area and got held back do to the weather issues they had up there. I advised this to the customer ahead of time. when the customer placed the order i told her it is 3-7 days to load the vehicle out of Cali because there is a massive amount of vehicle there needing to come out, she said that was FINE. We have had bad weather here for the last few days and yesterday our power went out so i was not able to contact Blair back regarding this information. I told here i apologize but unfortunately i can not control the weather and the effects it has on my drivers. i have cancelled her order and her money is being refunded now. TO ALL CUSTOMERS THIS PRICE IS ON TARGET WITH ALL OTHER BROKERS... IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LOADED HAD THE CARRIER NOT BEEN STUCK IN WASHINGTON..... I CAN NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER AND NEITHER CAN MY DRIVERS...
