I had initially contracted the transport of my 2008 Silverado to a broker from Florida. What a big mistake that was! The pickup date was set for June 19, 2015. Three weeks later I was in Massachusetts with still no vehicle. Numerous times I tried to contact them and got only voicemail. The few times that I did talk to an actual person, they always had an excuse ready as to why there was such a delay. So after three weeks, I decided to cancel my contract with them. I then chose G.T. Auto Transport to broker the transport. From my first contact with Amy, and throughout the whole transport time, she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Every time I called, I talked to Amy herself, not some voicemail. That in itself, mentioned a lot to me. From my first phone conversation until delivery of the vehicle took less than seven days. If I had not chosen G.T. Auto Transport, I would still be without a vehicle today. Upon delivery there was no damage at all and was transported via open carrier. I have any future plans to transport a vehicle again soon, but if and when I do I will know who to choose. Amy was a sweetheart throughout the entire process. Anyone looking for a long distance transport, call G.T. Auto Transport! Give these folks a call ! You will not be disappointed !
