Everything went well. They called before they came to pick up and the gave me update throughout the day letting me known when they would be there. They picked up and dropped off in the same day. Only issue which was my fault was the length I gave was shorter than the actual and they charged me more because they had to drop a car from the trip. They told me my options about cancel vs the larger amount for the length. Overall worked out great.
