Terrible, terrible customer service

The company miscommunicated which exit I needed to meet them at in order to pick up. I was told they would be there at noon, they showed up at 4, waiting at the wrong exit. I waited at another exit, called the main number 20 times to hear "mailbox full, please try your call again later." That's when I should've just said no way and found another company. Unfortunately, I was on a timeline and needed the minivan transported at that date. Eventually the dispatcher finally answered and after I told him how upset I was, and after he actually yelled at ME, I met the driver, who could not speak English, and left my keys with him on the side of the road, after a brief walk-around of the vehicle. I did not leave with a very good feeling. I asked the driver if he would be the one driving the trailer and he just shrugged. I then asked him for his phone number and he wouldn't give it to me. He did tell me it would be there in 7 days, plus or minus one.
Around day 6 I called to see where our van was. I have 4 kids and need our van for daily life. The dispatcher, Alex, told me he would call back and never did. This continued for about 3 days. I would place a call, ask about the van, he said he would call the driver and get back to me, and then never call me back. I was pretty upset at this point. I was assured the driver was in Dallas (4 hrs away) and he would call me when he ws 24 hrs from delivering the van. I had several calls to the company owner who actually yelled at me and told me he had too many cars to worry about where one of them was, and to call the dispatcher. No very good customer service. In all my phone calls no one ever gave me the driver's phone number. I honestly don't think they knew where my van was. On day 12 I finally called the autobroker to complain about this company. She put a call in to the owner to tell him she was going to sue them if my car didn't show up by the end of the day. Guess what? It didn't! But I did talk to the dispatcher who FINALLY gave me the driver's phone number. The driver was curteous and helpful. He showed up at 1 the next day (I was expecting him the morning, but I was so glad to get my car...) This company cared absolutely nothing about my time. They were incredibly inconsiderate, impolite, and not at all concerned with good business practice. I was absolutely insulted by the way I was treated on the phone. I would never use them again.
