Called to have a car delivered to me gave deposit like Jason Dominick wanted. Found out later the vehicle I was purchasing had title issues so did not purchase. Called to cancel and Jason Dominick said I was not getting my deposit back. Not once on phone or email did he say the deposit was non refundable. The only work he did was call the owner to see about setting up a pick up time.
