I hate not giving five stars to a company. This was a nightmare!!! Initially it was pleasant then the bottom fell out. Communication is the WORSE I have encountered in a very long time doing business. The pick date and contract was all confirmed, only not to receive the driver's name or company, from G & G that was physically doing the transport. The entire day was at an end and NO PICK UP!! Learned about the driver having to adhere to his stipulations at the end of the arranged pick up day. I was then told from G & G that he wasn't in the office, didn't know that the vehicle wasn't picked up. The next day was more mix up. After finally getting our vehicle on it's way thanks to the truck driver himself. We got hit with NO CREDIT CARDS UPON DELIVERY ONLY CASH. Guess what folks this MAIN QUESTION was asked INITIALLY. Christmas was almost RUINED! I BEWARE OF G & G And oh yeah signed contract DOES NOT STATE COD!!!!
