The customer contact from every perspective was polite, curteous, and responsive. However, from the pick up, which was too early, and the delivery, which was very late, the process was disappointing. Scheduled pickup was on or after Friday, October 12, and delivery was to be on Monday, October 15. The driver called us unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 10, and said he was in Harrisburg, Pa., about 3 hours away. We were flabbergasted but , after hemming and hawing, met his request. In fact, we even met him on the road since he had difficulty following our directions. We feel we could not be more cooperative. The driver told us we wouldn't have any problem having our car on October15th, as requested.
Instead of Monday, October 15, the car arrived on Saturday, October 20. After all the waiting, the company delivered the wrong car but made every effort to find our car and redeliver within four hours. The floor of the car was encased in heavy dry mud on the driver's side. I expected the outside to be dirty but not the inside. I felt the car's interior condition reflected a lack of regard for another's property. A little effort could have prevented this unslightly appearance. So no, I can not give a good rating to this company although I must reiterate again that everyone was polite and curteous. Pickup and delivery is another matter!!!
This was our first car transport experience, and we have read with horror the reviews of other customers. So I don't know whether this is what is to be expected or that our experience was unique.
