I was frustrated by the delay in pick up and delivery; however, the rate was very good. The trucking company, (BAM) did not call me for a delivery day and time until 20 minutes before th truck arrived. I had a difficulty in understanding the truck driver due to a HEAVY slovic accent. We were 30 minutes from leaving town for a 90 mile trip. This could be a real big problem if the car had to be dropped off and picked up at a terminal. I had to scramble to get to my bank before it closed for$800 cash. The car arrived in as good a condition as it was picked up in plus a layer of road soil.
