Service and communication was excellent. The driver picked up the car as scheduled. Delivery was delayed due to snow in the mountains, however, he maintained good communication and kept us apprised of his progress. The car was not spotless when delivered, but we took into consideration the extreme weather and were satisfied with the overall condition of the car. We would use G&L again.
