The car arrived in perfect shape (a little dirty from the trip). Money was exchanged in a fair and honest way and as we agreed up front (credit card deposit with cash on delivery). They were responsive to phone contact. All of this is very good.

One minor issue: I gave them an earliest pick-up date when I made initial contact. They set up a guy to pick up my car with a delivery date that would be before I was ready to receive it. I thought they should have asked me about this before setting it up. But when I called to say that what they'd arranged wouldn't work, they said "okay, no problem", and made new arrangements. So that was fine. I kinda wish they had asked for more specific details about what my constraints on the delivery might be.

One almost-major issue: The car was scheduled for delivery on the 6th, but the driver called on the 4th to say he was ready to drop it off. Luckily, I was arriving at the destination soon (in a couple hours) and would be able to accept delivery. I was very surprised he was dropping off the car 1.5 ~ 2 days early. I'm not sure what would have happened if I was not going to actually be around until 2 days later like we'd agreed. However, in my case, it worked out fine.

So, I would recommend them: Honest, inexpensive, fair. Just be diligent and totally up-front about any time constraints you might have, and establish an understanding of what happens if those constraints aren't met (in email form is probably best).
