Fred set the expectations up front for pickup and delivery times. He ended up calling me about five days before car was safely available and asked if it could be done a day earlier. Turned out the car could be moved sooner. Once picked up, expectation was 4-5 days. Pleasantly suprised to hear from the driver after only 2 days, saying he would be delivering late the next day.
Curtious, professional and ahead of what was already a good expectation.
I was honest about the car being dirty, but who cares! If I drove it from Texas to Maryland myself, it would need a washing too!
If I ever need a car transported, this is my only call.
