First time with G&L after several successful moves with another company. Car was being transported from Florida to Michigan. G&L gave a better price and had excellent ratings. After several days of hearing nothing about my car I gave them a call only to be told that they had no idea when my car would be shipped as there were more cars heading north than trucks available.They gave me no notice of this when I placed my order and their attitude was that there was nothing they could do about it. Very unhelpful. Finally, a pickup date was arranged with email and phone notification. The phone notification was very disorganized as I was called several times by different people in G&L asking for information that I had already supplied and repeating information I had already received. Once on the truck the transport was without incident and prompt.
