Overall, I was satisfied with the entire process. It was picked up day early which could have been an inconvenience, but turned out not to be because I of friends who let me use their cars to finish up errands. It was delivered about a day or two earlier than expected which was great. Because it was a cross-country move, my car was extremely dirty when I received it...to be expected. The only complaint that I really had were a couple of scratches on the front and back of my car--one more noticeable than the other.
