The truck company assigned by G&L was very on time. However, my car arrived quite dirty and my back bumper suffered from a few light scratches. Other than that, everything else was fine.
G&L gave me the lowest quote as compared to rest of the other brokers. However, when nearer to the actual pickup date, they jacked up the fee by $50, on the grounds that gas prices were hiking and the truck driver was asking for the extra $50 to offset the hike. In my opinion, G&L should absorb the extra $50, instead of passing it on to the client. After all, they should stand by the quote that they initially provided.
Anyway, my car arrived at the final destination on time. I am happy about it.
