Several things went wrong on the move... The actual amount paid was $150 over the original quote, my car wasn't picked up for 1 month after the original pick-up date and when I finally did receive my car is was extremely dirty.

His communication wasn't great and I eventually received an email saying he couldn't do it. I sent him a very directed email and wouldn't you know it... the next day he had a truck for me.

In his defense, I was transporting a vehicle from Florida to Washington State when gas prices were at the all-time-high right around Indedpendence. Sort of the perfect storm.

FIRST, FROM THE TIME THE VW WAS READY TO BE PICKEDED UP TO WHEN IT WAS PICK UP WAS 21 DAYS, I CALLED MR MENDEZ SAYING I HAD A CARRIER TO PICK UP HIS VEHICLE FOR $1200, HE COULD HAVE DECLINED. HE SAID OK. WE ALSO DID NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT. THIS WAS FREE ON OUR PART. FRED P G L
