G L never made any false promises or lied to Mr Breslauer, And I resent him saying so. Also we never told him we would pick up his vehicle in 1 or 2 days. His vehicle was a three wheel micro car requiring a special type transporter with flat type lift gate. We received the order on 09-04, on 09-08 we dispatched a carrier to pick up the car on 09-10. on the day of pick up the carrier call the customer and G L, and was having truck trouble and would be delayed, Mr Breslauer call us and demanded we find another carrier that day. I informed Mr breslauer it could take a few days, after be rude to and threaded to find someone else to I informed Mr Sreslauer to find someone else and canceled his order. I also pity the next person who has to deal with him.
