A hard lesson learned

I would like nothing better than to give G&L a shining review, but I can not honestly do that so, here are the facts,You decide. After reviewing dozens of quotes from transport companies I decided on G&L for my first and only transport as they had excellent reviews and a good price. Fred was readily available to answer any questions and was very easy to talk to. The call to set up a pickup came so fast after I placed the order it caught me flat footed and I could not reach the seller so, another date had to used. After about a week Fred called to say my van would be picked up and delivered via COMING SOON TRANSPORT. I was told that coming soon had been used by G&L several times with no problems. The van showed up on time, the problem was, the van was damaged in transport and long story short, I never received anything for the repairs. I did not hire COMING SOON TRANSPORT to move my vehicle, I hired G&L so, the bottom line is, I am not satisfied with the service and would not use or recommend G&L.

WE AT G AND L ENTERPRISE HAVE TRIED EVERY MEANS POSSIBLE TO ASSIST MR EVERTS IN COLLECTING FOR THE DAMAGES. COMING SOONS INSURANCE CARRIER SAID THEY HAD FIVE CLAIMS AGAINST THIS COMPANY ON THIS TRIP ALONE. RIGHT AFTER COMING SOON TRANSPORTED MR EVERTS VAN, THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. WE HAD USED COMING SOON A FEW TIMES BEFORE WITH A GOOD SERVICE RECORD AND THEY ALSO HAD A 100% RATING ON CENTRAL DISPATCH'S RATING SYSTEM. WE UNDERSTAND MR. EVERTS DISSATISFACTION, BUT WE DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ASSIST HIM BY COMMUNICATING WITH THE CARRIER. WE HAVE NO OTHER RESOURCES TO ASSIST HIM WITH HIS CLAIM.
