I was completely satisfied with G & L Enterprise. Every time I called I felt like I was dealing with a professional. Fred had all the time to answer my questions. I never felt rushed, or got the impression that I was disturbing him. The car was to be picked up by Apple towing. They were about a week late in picking up the car. I had a somewhat flexible date for leaving Florida, but I ended up having to leave the car in a secure location about 20 miles away. I was concerned any wary until I spoke to owner or boss of the lot. He assured me that Apple had a great reputation, explained how my car would be handled and stored overnight. He also took the time to tell me about some horror stories of other independent shipping companies. I left feeling good about the situation.
after arriving in Boston, Carrie at Apple called to inform me the car would be arriving the next day, then called again the next day to tell me the car would arrive in about twenty minutes. The car was in perfect condition, as well as the contents inside. I was not surprised about the delays, as other reviews warned that this could happen. For the price and service, G & L enterprises delivered 100 percent.
