Placed order and received this in email "YOU ARE THE FIRST ONE WE CALL****, ALSO, PLEASE REMEMBER COMMUNICATION IS A MUST IN ANY VEHICLE SHIPMENT." We never received any other
correspondence. We called them after 1 week, stated they were having trouble finding a driver and because of the weather. After second week we called again and got voice mail. We called back left message to cancel order and sent email also. We never ever received any correspondence from this
outfit. Not sure how they are receiving all the good reviews. We called DAS on Wednesday they picked up our vehicle on Friday!! Learned our lesson. I have used DAS 3 times now and have always received
our vehicle promptly.

First all we are glad Tim got his bmw moved by another carrier. After 20 years in the transport busness,with over 354 5 star reviews in a row in less then 3 years being on transport revievs, we new sone day someone would not be satified. As for not communicating Mr livingston need to get his story straight, we tried twice to contact him for pick-up, left message both times. Once more we try our best. Fred P G&L
