I don't even know where to begin with this train wreck. I gave this company all of my info about the vehicle and where it was going and they quoted me a price. After 3 days of trying to figure out if they were going to pick it up, I was told I can't do it for that it has to be 300 dollars more. Frustrated, but needing my car to be shipped, I agreed to that price to get my car moving. I was given a date for it to be picked up. Day one: no show no call. Day two: no show. Called saying they were on their way we will be there in a few hours. Still, no show. Day 3: finally arrived for pickup. Upon pickup I received a call saying there are items in the vehicle they should be taken out. I told the gentleman that I was told these items could be in the car. Long story short, he says ok and loads the vehicle onto his truck. Halfway through the transportation I receive a call from the trucking company stating they want additional 200 dollars for items left in the vehicle. I flat out tell them no. This goes on everyday until the vehicle arrives. I simply told the company I did not agree to any of that nor did I sign anything agreeing to that. If you have any issues you can collect the money from Garcia's who made the arrangement. Day of arrival I get another call trying again to get 100 dollars now for the items in the car of which I still say no. I call Daniel to let him know what's going on and he states to take photos and call me as soon as they arrive so he can resolve it. When they arrive with the vehicle the driver is still trying to extort money from me of which I again say no. I call Daniel to resolve the issue and surprise surprise no answer. This was 1 hour after I had called him earlier. Still to this day I had not received any phone call back after leaving messages. Please do not use this company. They are a headache to deal with and do not keep their word on anything.
