The 3 items which should remain fairly the same did not with this company. The pickup date was not met, the drop off date was not the same as committed - they were off by 2 days for pickup and drop off - not a big deal. But if you are tied to a particular date, i would think twice about using them again.
The last big issue was the price - in the last minute they increased the price - which is a BIG NO NO for me, but at that time i was in a hurry to get the vehicle moved, so i went ahead with them anyway.
in the future will not use them again, because of these items.
