At 11:46 a.m., I finally heard from Alex Garcia, 19 hours after I spoke with him last night. He apologized stating the driver was a no-show. He has offered to issue the refund rather than my having to go through with a disputed charge through my credit card company. I explained what I minimally was owed was a phone call back. He explained that there are many variables in his business and that all of the issues that occurred after he left the office for the day. I again reiterated what he owed me was a phone call back since at 5:00 p.m. last night he said he would call me back. He was unhappy with my review, asking me to consider taking it down. I promised him I would make an additional entry indicating that I finally heard from him but would not change the initial review since it was an accurate reflection of what occurred. For future reference I suggest for the Garcia business to be more communicative with customers since an informed consumer is generally a more satisfied consumer. I hate that I could not give my business to the Garcia's but had no other options when they went silent.
