Just used them for the third round trip from Arizona to Oregon. All communications have been prompt and clear. My car was picked up and delivered on time without a hitch. The drivers have been great, too. The Garcias have been great to deal with and even though I had to change dates at,the last minute, they made sure everything went perfectly.
