Mrs Fowler, first I would like to sincerely apologize for the service not meeting your expectations we try real hard being family owned and operated on making this smooth as can be. With that being said there are some key facts that I would like to state. Mrs. Fowler's car was not missing for 3 days, when she booked I explained to her the car would be delivered within 4 days from the date it was picked up, when the driver arrived she stated the driver told her the car would be delivered next day (new jersey - florida) which is odd the driver would say 1850 miles in a 1 days time, the truck had a mecanical issue I contacted mrs. fowler immediately telling her this, and letting her know the car would be picked up by another trailer, the car was picked up in the process he did run up the side of the ramp causing a blow out, the driver acknowledged and offered reimbursement. Overall the car was delivered in 4 days as initially promised. I'd also like to make clear I had no idea mrs fowler was not happy until reading this review, when spoken to everything seemed okay, had i known and given the opportunity i would have done anything/everything to make her happy, we will face problems from time to time but its what you do about the problems that decides who we are. I hope this shows that my reviews are legitimate and the other 99.8% of my positives reviews were written out of the kindness and experience of a small portion of my total customers.
