I purchased a car at an auction in Las Vegas and needed to arrange transport to Akron. I called Get It Done on Monday, and within minutes Dave contacted an available transport driver. The car was picked up on Tuesday, Apirl 2 and arrived in Akron at 2:00 AM Friday morning, April 6.

The transport driver Frank was very cheerful and courteous. Frank called me when he reached St. Louis and stayed in touch as he got close to the destination. Frank was willing to wait until later in the morning, but I didn't mind meeting up as soon as Frank reached town because I was eager to see the car. The car hauler was a large semi, so we met in a grocery store parking lot a few blocks from my house.

This is the first time I have shipped a car. I was pretty nervous after reading horror stories of other shippers on this web site. Get It Done and the transport driver did an exemplary job with professionalism and good communication. I would readily recoomend them to my friends without reservation.
