I had a past horrible experience when I shipped my daughter's car from Kentucky to California and it was a complete nightmare! Everything they told me was not true: I had to drive the car 100 miles to be picked up, they did not pick up on time and driver was rude and tried to charge me $100 more than I contracted for.

BUT when shipping her car back from California to Kentucky, I used a different company, "Get It Done Transportation" and we had the absolute opposite experience. For only $55.00 more than when I shipped it the first time, I had door-to-door pick-up, the driver was nice and helpful and the amount agreed upon was all the driver asked for. David assured me I would not have a bad experience as I was so skeptical anything he was telling me was true due to the problems I had shipping the car the first time.

Trust me, this is a scary experience, sending your car across the country and they did a wonderful job: they picked the car up within 20 minutes of the time they told us! They picked it up where my daughter was living, they got the car home the same day she arrived home (3 days earlier than they estimated), and the driver was nice and courteous and helpful, calling to let us know both ways what time he would arrive, and he only asked the amount that I had contracted for. SO EASY!

Jeanne, I wish I could post the email you sent me on top of writing this 5 star review, its amazing the thanks and praise you have given me for doing what I love to do! I love to get the customer going the right way, to be clear it's my company and i NEVER over promised that is why we rarely have a bad experience because YOU the customer are never left in the dark.
