Praneeth, That is the key to success, we do not take a upfront deposit until a driver is assigned, ANYONE that does RUN! Our job as brokers is to locate a reputable carrier and orchestrate your move for you, and the deposit is the brokers money, so why would you pay a broker before his job is complete? What is the incentive for that company to work on getting you a carrier if they have been paid? PROTECT YOURSELF! Thank you for taking the time to write about your 5 star experience.
