Communication needs improvement

I filled out an online quote and received numerous online quotes and telephone calls from different broker/shipping companies.

There is an abundance of choice out there but after careful research I decided to go with David Pein from 'Get it down transportation'. Company has a 5 star rating and offered some of the best quotes out there!!!

He was very understanding when I originally put in the request to have my vehicle picked up on x day but it ended up being 5 days later and still had a driver pick it up next day which was great. Vehicle was delivered 2 days later then scheduled but it was in 100 percent condition so could not ask for more. We did have some lack of communication issue's but this was down to a unfortunate family incident which I can always forgive.

Would I use 'Get it down transportation', for sure, end of the day David was very understanding, has some of the best rates out there and my vehicle was delivered in 100 percent condition although be it a few days late.

Alex, Thank you for the candidness in your review. Yes, I am not a man of excuses and I had an issue on the weekend with being available on the phone but every email was answered promptly within 5 minutes. I am glad I was able to get your car picked up right away even after the dealership pushed the day back like you mentioned. Thank you again Dave Pein 954-688-9190
