Bottom line is that I'm very satisfied with my experience with Get-It-Done. Linda was ultra responsive and helpful via phone and email, answered any questions I had, and walked me through the process. It was much easier than I anticipated - no problems at all. They offered better prices than most brokers. Also, several weeks after the move, when I emailed Linda for a receipt ( needed by my company for reimbursement ), she responded immediately. That shows how much this company cares about customer service. I hope I don't ever have to move cross-country again.. but if I do, I would have no hesitation in contacting get-it-done again for car transport.
