Sarah, Thank you so much for your candid review. It means a lot to see the customer notices how much we care, and if things go awry, which occasionally will happen. GET IT DONE will never leave a customer stranded, we got your back, 100%!!!! Our belief is we don't live in a perfect world, in a rare instance there may be a small issue but it's what you do about the situation that counts!
