Mr. C, thank you for taking the time to write about your good experience, your candidness is greatly appreciated. Yes, the carrier did run a day behind on pick up, we work really hard to stay on schedule, unfortunately due to many factors (i.e. weather, traffic, auction delays, or customer delays) a driver may get off schedule a tad, in the rare case when this happens, communication is key and you'll always be notified.
