Mike, I am glad overall you still had a 5 star experience and would recommend me to others. I gotta say I was embarrassed by the drivers lack of communication, in the contract between the driver and i it stats to call 24hrs before drop, morning of and 2 hours prior. Like you stated I absolutely addressed the issue and felt getting you a gas card was the least I could for any unnecessary stress by being caught of guard.
