I needed to transport my car from CA to FL. The previous company was not available thus I needed to look for another one. I looked at ratings and overall cost. When I finally made my decision, Mr. Pein informed me that the quote had gone up. However, he was going to honor it anyways. I only had 24hrs of a pick up window in which my car could be picked up. The car was picked up but did not dispatch that day. It was picked up by a flat bed truck and taken to their holding area. It wasn't my 1st choice but I was more interested in picking up my car within my time frame. I was to be gone outside of the country when it would arrive. Thus, I wanted to at least send the car off and provide any information needed. The car arrived about 7 days later. The driver updated my contact person 24hrs before and then a few hours earlier upon arrival. All my things were still present, which I had stored in the trunk, and my car appeared intact from initial pick up. Bottom line- I would use them again if needed!

Mrs. Sacon, I am glad you mention that your quote expired (quotes are good for 21 days) and we were still able to honor your original quote.
