This is the first we heard of any issue about the key being lost, I (the owner) am personally looking into this NOW. As far as communication, as all 550 plus reviews read; our communication is what we make out living through to get repeat and new clients. Paul, did call me Saturday morning, I was at my son Pop Warner football game, I called him and the driver, where the driver informed me and him he was running a day behind and would pick up Sun and del. that Thurs. (the original del. day as promised). Thank you for the feedback, because of it our company is now better. All feed back good or bad is a steeping stone to get us to the top through customer relations. I have mad a call about the spare key issue. It will be found or replaced. Dave Pein 954-688-9190
