The customer service from this company was excellent. Mr Pein promptly returned phone calls and emails with complete answers. The prices were generally lower than the competitors and we chose this company because of the good reviews. These reviews were very accurate in our experience and I give them the highest markings for their service. Probably three weeks prior to pickup we made the arrangements with Mr Pein. About a week prior to pickup we paid the $170 deposit and Mr Pein have us out driver's name and contact information. We promptly contacted the driver and he had received the information from Mr Pein and was tracking the pickup time and location and he gave us an estimate of the time he would meet us. On pickup day you will likely have a window of 2 hours or so and must be prepared for a phone call to go meet the driver as the driver will likely have other pickups that day and a truck full of cars already. The driver was also excellent, polite, and knowledgable. He met us right as expected and the car was delivered on time to the destination where we paid the remaining $800. One note which is certainly not a knock against the company because its unavoidable, but the uncovered trucks allow cars to get dirty due to rain and or snow or dust/wind along the route, especially if going over a long distance. But again, that is unavoidable and the car can be fixed quickly and easily with a 5 minute hosing down. Overall, an excellent experience and a fantastic small family owned company. Next time we ship out car we will most certainly go through Mr Pein. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!
